Creative movement shows children a way to explore the world through movement and sound. It triggers children’s creativity and individuality and stimulates their imagination. Children become body aware and learn how to communicate an idea, an image, or a feeling through movement.
The class is suitable for children of 5-10 years old. Please dress them in comfortable clothing.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga | Class will gently guide you part-way into the Primary Series with details and explanations on breath and posture.
