We are a group of people who are involved with Reiki and other holistic healing techniques which include therapeutic work on the physical body, the energy body, the emotional body and the consciousness.

Our Reiki courses and group meditations are conducted and coordinated by Reiki Master-Teachers, Khirad Ioakim Andreadis and Devasmita Annita Niaka from Greece. Thanks to the invaluable support of a group of people in Cyprus, our courses are now taking place in Nicosia!

Khirad ioakim Andreadis is a 7th Generation Reiki Masterof the original japanese Usui Reiki system in the “lineage” of Hawayo Takata, the disciple of Mikao Usui, and Devasmita Annita Niaka is an 8th generation Reiki Master.


What is Reiki?

Reiki (Rei Ki) in Japanese means «Flow of Universal Vital Energy».
it is a healing modality and at the same time a self-awareness technique, through which a «gate» opens up and we become connected with a the pure energy source of all existence.

The original Japanese system Usui Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) includes three levels (degrees). Each degree includes the energetic transmitions- coordinations given by the teacher (Reiki Master), theoretical teachings, practical exercises and session exchange.

Through this procedure we are given the opportunity to operate as a «channel» of this healing energy and to transmit it towards ourselves and every living organism with extremely beneficial effects on the physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Reiki 1st Degree
----------------------
During the first degree we learn how to apply Reiki to ourselves and other people, through touch (hands on).
We learn how to consciously activate our connection with the Vital source of Existence.

And so we have a valuable «ally» for the relief of stress and pain, the enhancement of our immune system , the smooth operation of our adrenal system and our emotional balance.

The training is conducted in two days and includes four energetic coordinations, theoretical and practical teachings of the main energy centres of the body (chakras), hand positions and techniques that we use in a Reiki sessions, meditations, exercises and healing exchange.

Είμαστε μία ομάδα -ή καλύτερα παρέα- ανθρώπων που ασχολούμαστε με το Reiki και άλλες ολιστικές θεραπευτικές μεθόδους, που περιλαμβάνουν εργασία με το σώμα, την ενέργεια, το συναίσθημα και τη συνειδητότητα.

Τί ειναι το Reiki;

Reiki (Rei Ki) σημαίνει στα Ιαπωνικά «Ροή Συμπαντικής Ζωτικής Ενέργειας».
Είναι μία μέθοδος θεραπευτική και παράλληλα αυτογνωστική, μέσω της οποίας μας ανοίγεται μία «πύλη» προς την καθαρή ενέργεια όλης της ύπαρξης.

Το αυθεντικό σύστημα Usui Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho) περιλαμβάνει τρία επίπεδα (βαθμούς). Κάθε βαθμός δίνεται με συντονισμούς από τον δάσκαλο (Reiki Master), θεωρητική διδασκαλία, ασκήσεις και ανταλλαγές συνεδριών.

Μέσω της διαδικασίας αυτής μας δίνεται η δυνατότητα να λειτουργούμε ως «κανάλι» της θεραπευτικής αυτής ενέργειας και να την διοχετεύουμε προς τον εαυτό μας και κάθε ζωντανό οργανισμό με ευεργετικά αποτελέσματα σε φυσικό, συναισθηματικό και πνευματικό επίπεδο.

Reiki 1ου Βαθμού
--------------------
Στον πρώτο βαθμό
του Reiki μαθαίνουμε να το εφαρμόζουμε στον εαυτό μας και άλλους ανθρώπους, μέσω του αγγίγματος.
Ενεργοποιούμε συνειδητά τη σύνδεσή μας με τη ζωτικότητα της Ύπαρξης.

Έχουμε έτσι έναν πολύτιμο «σύμμαχο» για την ανακούφιση από στρες και πόνους, την ενίσχυση του ανοσοποιητικού συστήματος, την ομαλή λειτουργία των αδένων, τη συναισθηματική ισορροπία.

Η διαδικασία διεξάγεται σε δύο ημέρες και περιλαμβάνει τέσσερις ενεργειακούς συντονισμούς, θεωρητική και πρακτική διδασκαλία για τα ενεργειακά κέντρα του σώματος (chakras), τις θέσεις των χεριών και τεχνικές που χρησιμοποιούμε σε μία συνεδρία, διαλογισμούς, ασκήσεις και ανταλλαγές.

Requirements for participation:

Reiki 1 - Anyone can learn and be trained to practice Reiki, including children and people with disabilities. No prior training or formal experience is required.

Reiki 2 - Prior completion of Reiki 1 course, of at least 2 months before!


Courses Objectives
--------------------------

The courses involve an alignment to the Highest Universal Life Energy by the Reiki attunement procedure and formula, whereby the student is empowered, shares and receives hands-on sessions, receives information on the nature and origins of Reiki, and is involved in a discourse of the various applications of Reiki. You also receive an easy-to-read, fully explained course manual. A certificate is awarded on the completion of each course.

Reiki Degree 1 details:

In Reiki Degree 1 you receive the permanent alignment to the Reiki Energy, which creates and expands the pathway in you for this Divine Life Energy to come in through your crown, go through the heart and spread out through the hands whenever you touch something or just come near it.

This alignment boosts your energy to twice what it was: An average human being would have a vibration of up to 20.000 cycles per second on a molecular level. However, having received the permanent alignment to Reiki 1 your vibration would ascend to round about double the original vibration as blockages are cleared out and released, and as the Reiki is a higher and pure Life Energy.

You receive tuition and practice in a treatment for self and others called The 16 Hand Positions or full Body Treatment, and go through the history and lineage of the Original 7 Levels of Reiki.

You will also receive a Reiki Degree 1 manual, a certificate determining that you are a qualified practitioner from the Original Usui System in Japan and your own 'lineage' of teachers.

On completion of this course you are fully qualified to practice it on others if you so wish.
Alternatively the practitioners levels are also self development levels and the practitioner may choose to share the Reiki Energy only with themselves.

Reiki Degree 2 details:

In Reiki Degree 2 you receive the Reiki Degree 2 alignment which boost your vibration and energy up to 5 times that of Reiki 1. Hence, you will have an even greater ability to heal both physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically/spiritually.

You will receive your Reiki Degree 2 manual, and tuition in specific techniques for manifesting your constructive desires, e.g. career, home and relationships. You receive tuition in sending distant Reiki to people, places and things. You learn how to send 80 minutes worth of Reiki in just 5 minutes, as well as how to send Reiki to sacred empowerment stars to empower your life even further. You are given tuition in how to clear all past trauma using distant Reiki techniques.

On completion of the course you are given a certificate determining that you area a qualified Reiki Degree 2 practitioner.

At this level it is possible to offer healing as a professional Reiki practitioner.

The system can be used in conjunction with all forms of physical activity, natural therapies and traditional medical modalities.All the Reiki attunement formulas are permanent, giving you a higher quality of health, energy and lifestyle. You become a greater conductor of life energy and will attract positive opportunities and people to you.
