The Munay-Ki
 .. comes from a Quechua word that means ‘I love you.’ The Munay-Ki are the nine rites of initiation to become a person of wisdom and power who has accepted the stewardship for all creation. The nine rites are common to all shamanic traditions, even though they are expressed in different forms and styles in different cultures

The Rites
 .. were brought to western society 4 years ago by Dr Alberto Villoldo Ph.D of the University of San Franscisco, an american anthropologist-psychologist who has studied the shamanic healing practices of the Amazon and Inca shamans for over 25 years. Munay Ki teachings were sacredly kept between the shamans as their source of spiritual awakening and energy medicine, passing it on from shaman to shaman. At the end of Villoldo's apprenticeship they allowed him to pass it on to the west for the first time, so to help us, at this time of great transformation and change

The Rites of the Munay-Ki are experienced in the form of energetic transmissions that shift the luminous energy field. They are a nine step process to heal the wounds of the past – our karmic & genetic inheritance. They help us to step into the fullness of our nature by transforming our human energy field and re-informing our DNA, enabling us to grow a new body – one that ages, heals, and dies differently
Together with the teachings and interventions, the rites, which are received as “seeds” have the solid vessel necessary for them to grow within and the fertile soil that nurtures them to blossom fully

The Training program
 .. includes personal healing work, intertwined with teaching, hands-on practice, meditation, journeying, ceremonies, as well as mentoring in and transmission of, the nine great rites of passage. You will learn the exact form of the nine rites of passage and how to gift them to others, taking home the skills to facilitate friends and clients to step into who they are becoming.
The Rites of the Munay-Ki help us to walk through the world, as instruments of peace and love and agents for change and transformation

The Munay Ki Initiations (energetic transmissions)
 .. allow us to begin healing the wounds of the past: unresolved and unhealed childhood trauma, ancestral, genetic and karmic experiences. They have been given to us to begin our awakening out of separation and pain, into a new and co-created world where oneness, peace and harmony are recognized and embraced. It is only by healing all of the anger and pain buried within us that we can then effect and perceive the healing mirrored in the world outside of ourselves

These initiations open us up to begin this process of healing. This process operates beyond the levels of the body, the mind or the emotions. These transmissions are energetic and work on the Level of Spirit. Working at this level brings balance and healing to all other levels

The teacher and facilitator Vasiliki Kaloutsa,  has been taught the Munay Ki from Juin Gibsonl, second generation student of Alberto Villoldo and Mia Brummer, shaman and first generation student of Alberto Villoldo and has worked in Munay Ki seminars with Mia Brummer & Ronald Helharia Maartensdijk , as their assistant. She is an artist, an energy healer, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki  MasterTeacher & a Karouna Reiki Master Teacher!
