The speed/ frequency of vibration determines how solid any given object appears. Our bodies are vibrating quite slowly and, therefore appear solid in form. However our bodies are also surrounded by layers of energy that are vibrating  at a much higher rate. 
 
It is when a disruption occurs in our energy field that symptoms of mental, emotional, or physical dis-ease manifest on a physical level.

Machi is a Reiki Grand Master and Teacher and an Acupressure - Stress therapist. She graduated from the Axelsons Gymnastiska Institutet of Stockholm. She has been practicing these two forms of holistic therapies since 2002 in Sweden, Greece and in Cyprus. She also practices and teaches Qi gong, a therapeutic and meditative form of movement of Chinese origin.

Machi originaly studied Dance. She graduated from the State School of Dance in Greece and she continued her studies in Modern Dance and Release technique in New York with a scholarship of the Alexandros Onassis foundation. She has choreographed for her dance company Asomates Dynameis, but also for the Theater and the television. She is currently teaching Dance at the University of Nicosia and at the Satyricon Theater Drama School. Machi is the artistic director of dance company Asomates Dynameis and a founding member of Dance Lab Nicosia.
